Surah Al-Lail (92)
Saiyyadna Jãbir Bin Abdullah (Razi Allahu anhuma)
bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne lambi qirãt
karne ki shikãyat par maaz (Razi Allahu anhu) se farmãya: “tune {Surah Al-Ala
(87)}, {Surah Ash-Shams (91)} aur {Surah Al-Lail (92)} (jaisi chhoti surte) ke
sãth namãz kyun na padhi?” [Bukhãri
705, Muslim 465]
Aayat 1 to 4
وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَىٰ
١ وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ ٢ وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰٓ ٣ إِنَّ سَعۡيَكُمۡ لَشَتَّىٰ ٤
“Qasam hai raat ki jab
woh chha jãye! Aur din ki
jab woh roshan ho! Aur uski jo usne paida kiya nar aur mãda! Beshak tumhãri koshish yaqinan
mukhtalif hai.”
Allah tãla ne farmãya ke ae logon!
Raat ki qasam! Jab woh apni tãriki ke zariye se din ko dhãnp leti hai aur
din ki qasam! Jab woh poore taur par zãhir ho jãta hai aur uski
roshni saare aalam ko munawwar kar deti hai aur nar o mãda ki qasam! Ke
tumhãre ãmaal aur tumhãri koshish mukhtalif hoti hai, kuchh to
nekiyãn hoti hain jo tumhãri sãdat va nek bakhti
ka sabab banti hai aur kuchh gunãh aur maasi hote hai jo tumhãri halãkat va barbãdi ka sabab hote
hai, jaisa ke Allah Tãla ne irshãd farmãya:
أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤۡمِنٗا
كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقٗاۚ لَّا يَسۡتَوُۥنَ ١٨
“To kya woh shakhs jo momin hai woh uski
tarah hai jo nãfarmãn ho? Barãbar nahin hote” [As-Sajdah#
32: 18] aur farmãya:
أَمۡ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱجۡتَرَحُواْ
ٱلسَّئَِّاتِ أَن نَّجۡعَلَهُمۡ كَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
سَوَآءٗ مَّحۡيَاهُمۡ وَمَمَاتُهُمۡۚ سَآءَ مَا يَحۡكُمُونَ ٢١
“ya woh log jinhone burãiyon ka irtekãb kiya, unhone
gumãn kar liya hai ke ham unhen un logon ki tarah kar
denge jo imaan lãe aur unhone nek ãmaal kiye? Unka
jeena aur unka marna barãbar hoga? Bura hai jo
woh faisle kar rahe hai.” [Al-Jathiya# 45: 21]
Aayat 5 to 7
فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أَعۡطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ
٥ وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ ٦ فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ
لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ ٧
“Bas lekin woh jisne
diya aur (nãfarmãni se) bacha. Aur
usne sab se achchhi baat ko sach mãna. To yaqinan ham
use aasãn raste ke liye
sahulat denge.”
Yãni jis shakhs
mein bhalãi ke yeh teen jãme wasaf hai ke woh Allah ki raah mein kharch
karne ke liye firãq dil hai, Allah se darta hai aur uski nãfarmãni aur har haraam
kaam se bachta hai aur sab se achchhi baat yãni Allah ke ek
hone ko aur uski nãzil ki huwi har baat ko sach maan kar uska
tãbe ho jãta hai, to uske is mailaan aur rujhaan ke mutãbiq ham bhi uske
liye neki aur jannat ke raste par chalna aasãn kar denge,
jaisa ke Allah Tãla be irshãd farmãya:
وَٱلَّذِي جَآءَ بِٱلصِّدۡقِ
وَصَدَّقَ بِهِۦٓ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَ ٣٣ لَهُم مَّا يَشَآءُونَ
عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ ٣٤ لِيُكَفِّرَ ٱللَّهُ
عَنۡهُمۡ أَسۡوَأَ ٱلَّذِي عَمِلُواْ وَيَجۡزِيَهُمۡ أَجۡرَهُم بِأَحۡسَنِ ٱلَّذِي
كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٣٥
“Aur woh shakhs jo sach lekar aaya aur
jsine uski tasdeeq ki yahi log bachne wãle hain. Unke
liye unke Rab ke paas woh kuchh hai jo woh chãhenge, yahi neki
karne wãlo ki jaza hai. Tãke Allah unse woh
badtareen amal door karde jo unhone kiye aur unhe unka ajr un behtreen amal ke
mutãbiq de jo woh kiya karte the.” [Az-Zumar #
39: 33 to 35]
Aayat 8 to 10
وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ
٨ وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ ٩ فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ
لِلۡعُسۡرَىٰ ١٠
“Aur lekin woh jisne
buqal kiya aur be parwãh huwa. Aur usne
sab se achchhi baat ko jhutla diya. To yaqinan ham use mushkil raste ke liye
sahulat denge.”
Yãni jis mein shar
ke yeh teen jãme wasaf hai ke woh buqal karta hai, akhrwãi anjaam aur halaal
o haraam ki parwãh hi nahin karta aur sab se achchhi baat yãni Allah ke ek
hone aur uski nãzil karda baaton ko jhutlãta hai, to ham
bhi use uski khuwãhish ke mutãbiq is raste par
chalne dete hain jo muhskilãt o masãib ka rasta hai
aur jahannam ki taraf le jãne wãla hai, jaisa ke
Allah Tãla ne irshãd farmãya:
۞فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَبَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلصِّدۡقِ
إِذۡ جَآءَهُۥٓۚ أَلَيۡسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثۡوٗى لِّلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ٣٢
“Phir usse ziyãda kaun zãlim hai jisne
Allah par jhoot bola aur sach ko jhutlãya jab woh uske
paas aaya, kya un kãfiron ke liye jahannam
mein koi thikãna nahin?” [Az-Zumar #
39: 32]
Saiyyadna Ali (Razi Allahu anhu) bayãn karte hai ke
hum baqe garkad mein ek janãze mein the ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) hamãre paas tashreef
laae aur bhaith gae, sahãba karam (Razi Allahu anhum) bhi aapke ird
gird bhaith gae. Aap ke haath mein ek chhadi thi, aapne sir jhukãya aur chhadhi ke
saath zameen par lakeer kheenchna shuru kar di, phir aap ne farmãya: “Suno! Tum
mein se har ek ki aur har jaan ki jagah jannat aur dozakh mein likh di gai hai
aur uska khush bakht aur bad bakht hona bhi likh diya gaya hai.” Ek aadmi ne
kaha, ae Alalh ke Rasool! Phir kyun na ham apni taqdeer par bharosa karke bhaithe
rahe aur amal chhod de? Kyunke ham mein jo aadmi nek bakht logon mein hoga to
woh zaroor nek bakht logo wãle kaam karega aur ham mein se jo aadmi
badbkhton mein se hoga to woh zaroor bure logon wãle kaam hi
karega. Aap ne farmãya: “Amal karte raho kyunke har shakhs ke
liye aasãni paida ki gai hai, aghar woh nek bakhton mein se hai to uske liye nek
bakhton wãle kaam aasãn kiye gae hain aur agar woh ahl e shaqãwat mein se hai
to uske liye bure logon wãle amal ãsãn kiye gae hai.”
Phir aap ne yeh ãyate tilãwat ki:
فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أَعۡطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ
٥ وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ ٦ فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ
لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ ٧ وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ
٨ وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ ٩ فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ
لِلۡعُسۡرَىٰ ١٠
“Bas lekin woh jisne diya aur (nãfarmãni se) bacha. Aur
usne sabse achchhi baat ko sach mãna. To yaqinan ham use aasãn raste ke liye
sahulat denge. Aur lekin woh jisne buqal kiya aur be parwah huwa. Aur usne sab
se achchhi baat ko jhutla diya. To yaqinan ham use mushkil raste ke liye
sahulat denge.” [Al-Lail # 92: 5 to 10] [Bukhãri 1362, Muslim
2647]
Saiyyadna Jãbir bin abdullah
(Razi Allahu anhuma) bayãn karte hai ke surãqa bin malik
(Razi Allahu anhu) Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ke paas aae aur arz ki, ya Allah ke
Rasool! Hamen hamãre deen ke mutãliq batãiye, goya ham bhi
paida huwe hai, aap batãiye ke ham jo amal karte hai, aaya is
maqsad ke liye karte hai, jisko likh kar qalam sookh gae aur uske mutãliq taqdeer jãri ho chuki, ya
is maqsad ke liye jo aage hone wãla hai (aur pahle se uski nisbat kuchh tai
nahin pãya)? Aap (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “nahin, balke is maqsad ke liye amal
karo jise likh kar qalm sookh gae aur taqdeer jãri ho chuki.” Surãqa (Razi Allahu
anhu) ne kaha, phir amal karne ka kya fayda? To Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “har amal
karne wãlon ko us amal ki taufeeq dedi jãti hai.” [Muslim
2648]
Saiyyadna Abu huraira (Razi Allahu anhu)
bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “har din jab
bande subah ko uthte hai to do farishte nãzil hote hai.
Unmein se ek kehta hai, Ae Allah! Kharch karne wãle ko uska (achchha)
badla de aur dosra kehta hai, ae Allah! Buqal karne wãle ka maal talf
karde.” [Bukhãri 1442, Muslim 1010]
Saiyyadna Anas bin Malik (Razi Allahu anhu)
bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “Mayyat ke saath
teen cheezen (qabrastãn mein) jãti hain, phir do
laut aati hai aur ek saath reh jãti hain. Uske saath uske ghar wãle, uska maal aur
uska amal jãte hai. So uske ghar wãle aur uska maal to laut aate hai jabke
uska amal uske saath rehta hai.” [Muslim 2960]
Aayat 11
وَمَا يُغۡنِي عَنۡهُ
مَالُهُۥٓ إِذَا تَرَدَّىٰٓ ١١
“Aur uska maal uske
kisi kaam na aayega jab woh (gadhe mein) girega.”
Allah tãla ne farmãya ke jo shakhs
buqal ki wajah se hamãri raah mein maal kharch nahin karega,
talab razãe ilahi ki koshish nahin karega aur hamãri raah mein
kharch karda maal ke ewaz achchhe badle ka yaqeen nahin rakhega, to jab woh qayãmat ke din jahannam
ki aag mein dãla jãega, us waqt woh maal uske kisi kaam nahin aayega aur use sir ke bal jahannam
mein dhakel diya jãega. Jaisa ke irshãd farmãya:
وَيۡلٞ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٖ
لُّمَزَةٍ ١ ٱلَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالٗا
وَعَدَّدَهُۥ ٢ يَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ
أَخۡلَدَهُۥ ٣ كَلَّاۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِي ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ
٤
“badi halãkat hai har bahot
tãna dene wãle, bahot aib lagãne wãle ke liye. Woh
jisne maal jama kiya aur use gin gin kar rakha. Woh gumãn karta hai ke
beshak uska maal use hamesha zinda rakhega. Hargiz nahin, yaqinan woh zaroor
hutma mein pheka jãyega.” [Al-Humazah
#104: 1 to 4] Aur farmãya:
أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ
١ حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ ٢ كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٣ ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٤ كَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
٥ لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ ٦
“Tumhen ek dosre se ziyãda hãsil karne ki
hiras ne ghhãfil kar diya. Yahãn tak ke tumne
qabristãn ja dekha. Hargiz nahin, tum jaldi jaan loge. Phir hargiz
nahin, tum jaldi jaan loge. Hargiz nahin, kaash! Tum jaan lete, yaqeen ka jãnna. Ke yaqinan
tum zaroor jahannam ko dekhoge.” [At-Takathur # 102: 1 to 6]
Aayat 12 to 16
إِنَّ عَلَيۡنَا لَلۡهُدَىٰ
١٢ وَإِنَّ لَنَا لَلۡأٓخِرَةَ وَٱلۡأُولَىٰ
١٣ فَأَنذَرۡتُكُمۡ نَارٗا تَلَظَّىٰ ١٤ لَا
يَصۡلَىٰهَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡأَشۡقَى ١٥ ٱلَّذِي
كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ١٦
“Bila shubha hamãre hi zimme yaqinan
rasta batãna hai. Aur bila
shubha hamãre he ikhtiyãr mein yaqinan ãkhirat aur duniya
hai. Bas maine tumhen ek aisi aag se dara diya hai jo shole mãrti hai. Jis mein
is bade badbakht ke siwa koi dãkhil nahin hoga.
Jisne jhutlãya aur munh moda.”
Allah Tãla ne insaanon ko
apni ibãdat ke liye paida kiya to raah e haq ki taraf unki rehnumãi bhi ki. Chunãncha usne ibtedãi aafreenish se
ambiya mãboos kiye, kitãben nãzil farmãi, aqal o khurd
se nawãza aur haq o bãtil ke darmiyãn tameez ki quwat
se nawãza.
Agli ãyat mein farmãya ke ãkhirat aur duniya
ki tamaam cheezon ka wahi tanha mãlik hai aur wahi un mein apni marzi ke mutãbiq tasarruf
karta hai, saari makhlooq ajiz o dardmanda hai aur mohtãj o faqeer hai.
Unke ikhtiyãr mein kuchh bhi nahin hai, isliye duniya o ãkhirat ki koi bhi
bhalãi sirf usi se mãngni chãhiye aur tagyãn o sarkashi
karne wãle ko uske iqab o ãzaab se darte rehna chãhiye.
Aage farmãya ke logon! Main
tumhe jahannam ki us aag se darãe de raha hoon jo hamesha bhadakti rahegi,
kabhi sard nahin padegi. Us mein nihãyat bad naseeb
aadmi dãkhil hoga, jo rabbul ãlãmeen ke deen haq
ki takzeeb karega aur kufr o inad ke sabab usse rugardãni karega, jaisa
ke Saiyyadna Abu huraira (Razi Allahu anhu) bayãn karte hai ke Allah
ke Rasool (ﷺ)
ne farmãya: “meri saari ummat jannat mein jãyegi siwãe uske jisne usse
inkaar kar diya.” Logon ne poochha, bhala jannat mein jãne se kaun inkaar
karne wãla hai? “Jo meri itaat karega woh jannat mein gaya aur jisne meri nãfarmãni ki usne goya
jannat mein jãne se inkaar kar diya.” [Bukhãri 7280]
فَاَنْذَرْتُكُمْ نَارًا تَلَظّٰى
Saiyyadna Nomãn bin basheer
(Razi Allahu anhuma) bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “main tumhen
aag se darãta hoon, main tumhen aag se darãta hon.” (yeh
baat aapne itni buland ãwãz se kahi ke)
agar koi aadmi bãzãr ke ãkhri kinãre par bhi tha to
usne sunli aur jab aap member par bhaith kar koi baat kehte to (itni buland ãwãz se kehte ke) bãzãr wãle use sun lete.

Saiyyadna Nomãn bin basheer
(Razi Allahu anhuma) bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “halke azaab wãla jahannami woh
hoga jiski dono jutiyãn aur dono tasme aag ke honge, jinke bãis uska dimãghh is tarah ubal
raha hoga, jis tarah handiyãn josh kha rahi ho, bãwajood yeh ke sab
se halke azaab wãla yahi hai, lekin uske khayaal mein usse ziyãda azaab wãla aur koi na
hoga.” [Muslim 213]
Saiyyadna Abu Huraira (Razi Allahu anhu)
bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “Tumhãri yeh aag jise
banu adam jalãta hai jahannam ki aag ke sattar hisson mein se ek hissa hai.” Aap (ﷺ) se kaha
gaya, ae Allah ke Rasool! (yeh agarche uska sattarwãn hissa hai lekin
phir bhi) yahi kaafi thi. Aap ne farmãya: “Jahannam ki
aag isse unhãttar hisse ziyãda shadeed hai aur un mein se har hisse ki
garmi itni hai jitni is duniya ke aag ki hai.” [Bukhãri 3265 , Muslim
2843]
Saiyyadna Anas bin Malik (Razi Allahu anhu)
bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “Qayãmat wãle din jahannamiyon
mein se us aadmi ko lãya jãega jo duniya
mein sabse ziyãda khushhaal tha, use jahannam mein ek ghouta diya jãega, phir usse
poocha jãyega, ae ibne ãdam! Kya tune kabhi koi khushhãli dekhi thi? Aur
kya to kabhe asooda haal raha tha? To woh kahega, nahin Allah ki qasam! Ae mere
Rab! (mein ne kabhi koi khushhãli nahin dekhi thi aur na main kabhi asooda
haal raha tha).” [Muslim 2807]
Aayat 17 to 21
وَسَيُجَنَّبُهَا ٱلۡأَتۡقَى
١٧ ٱلَّذِي يُؤۡتِي مَالَهُۥ يَتَزَكَّىٰ
١٨ وَمَا لِأَحَدٍ عِندَهُۥ مِن نِّعۡمَةٖ تُجۡزَىٰٓ ١٩ إِلَّا ٱبۡتِغَآءَ وَجۡهِ رَبِّهِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ
٢٠ وَلَسَوۡفَ يَرۡضَىٰ ٢١
“Aur anqareeb usse woh
bada parhezgaar door rakha jãega. Jo apna maal
(is liye) deta hai ke paak ho jãe. Halãnke uske haan kisi
ka koi ehsaan nahin hai ke uska badla diya jãega. Magar ( woh
to sirf) apne us rab ka chehra talab karne ke liye (deta hai) jo sab se buland
hai. Aur yaqinan anqareeb woh raazi ho jãega.”
Us bhadakti huwi aag se woh momin bacha
liya jãyega, jo apne Rab se gayat darja darta huwa zindagi guzãrega aur apne
nafs ko buqal aur deegar maasi se paak karne ke liye apna maal bhalãi ke kaamon mein
kharch karta rahega. Woh banda momin apna jo maal bhi kharch karta hai, woh mahez
apne Rab ki raza ke liye karta hai, aisa nahin ke koi shakhs us par ehsaan kiye
huwe hota hai ke jiska badla chukãne ke liye woh apna maal use deta hai aur jab
aisi baat hai ke woh mahez apne Rab ki raza ke liye kharch karta hai to use
apne Rab ki taraf se aisa badla milega jis se woh khush ho jãyega, yãni Rabul ãlãmeen us jannat
mein dãkil kardega.
Kai ek mufassareen ne zikr farmãya ke Surah Lail
ki ãkhri paanch ãyat Saiyyadna Abu bakar siddique (Razi
Allahu anhu) ke bare mein nãzil huwi hai, hatta ke baaz ne is par tamam
mufassaren ka ijma bayãn kiya hai. Yeh ãyat kareema bataur
khas Saiyyadna Abu Bakar Siddique (Razi Allahu anhu) ke baare mein nãzil na bhi huwi
hon to phir bhi is baat mein koi shak nahin ke aap unmein dãkhil hai, balke
in ãyat ke amoom ke saari ummat mein bhad kar misdaaq (Example) hai. Aap
siddique the, mutaqqi aur parhezgaar the, pakeer jud va sakha the, aap ne apne
Rab ki raza o khushnudi ke husool ke liye behad o hisab darham o deenar kharch
kiye. Logon mein se kisi ka apke upar ehsaan bhi na tha ke aap uske ehsaan ka
badla chukãne ke liye majboor hon, balke tamaam qabeelon ke sãdat o roosa aap
ke zeer baar ehsaan the, isi liye to khandãni saqeef ke sardaar
arwa bin masood ne sulah hudaibiya ke din kaha tha ke Allah ki qasam! Agar
aapka mujh par ehsaan na hota, jiska badla mein abhi tak chuka nahin saka to
mein aapko zaroor jawaab deta. Usne yeh baat us waqt kahi the jab siddique
akbar (Razi Allahu anhu) ne sakht lehje mein usse baat ki thi. [Bukhãri 2731, 2732]
Saiyyadna Abu Huraira (Razi Allahu anhu)
bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “Jo shakhs
(kisi cheez ka) joda Allah ki raah mein kharch karega to use jannat ke (sab)
darwãzon se pukãra jãega ke ae Allah
ke bande! (idhar se aao) yeh darwãza sab se achchha hai.”…. to Abu bakar
Siddique (Razi Allahu anhu) ne farmãya, ya Allah ke
Rasool! Mere Maa baap aap par qurbãn, jise kisi bhi
darwãze se pukãr liya jãe to uske liye
koi aur zaroorat to nahin, lekin kiya koi aisa bhi hai jise jannat ke tamaam
darwãzo se bulãya jãega? Aap ne
farmaya: “Haan! Aur mujhe Allah se ummeed hai ke tum unhi mein se ho.” [Bukhãri 1897, Muslim 1027]
Saiyyadna Abdullah bin Abbas (Razi Allahu
anhuma) bayãn karte hai ke jis beemãri mein Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ka inteqal huwa
uska zikr hai ke aap ek kapde se apna sir bhande huwe bãhar nikle aur phir
aap member par bhaite, Allah ki hamd o sana bayãn ki aur farmãya: “Koi shakhs
bhi aisa nahin jisne Abu Bakar bin Abu qahafa se ziyãda mujh par apni
jaan o maal ke zairye se ehsaan kiya ho aur agar mein logon mein se kisi ko jaani
dost banãne wãla hota to Abu Bakar hi ko banãta, magar islaam
ka tãluq afzal hai. Dekho! Abu bakar ki khidhki ke siwa masjid mein jitni
khidkiyãn khulti hai sab band kardo.” [Bukhãri 467]
