Surah Al-Inshirah (94)
Aayat 1
أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ
صَدۡرَكَ ١
“Kya hamne tere liye
tera seena nahin khol diya.”
Seena khol dene se murãd islaam ke haq
hone par itminaan, dil ka noor hidãyat se roshan
hona aur zikre ilhãi se naram hona hai, jaisa ke Allah Tãla ne farmãya:
فَمَن يُرِدِ ٱللَّهُ أَن
يَهۡدِيَهُۥ يَشۡرَحۡ صَدۡرَهُۥ لِلۡإِسۡلَٰمِۖ
“To woh shakhs jise Allah chãhata hai ke use
hidãyat de, uska seena islaam ke liye khol deta hai.” [Al-An'am #
6: 125] Aur farmãya:
أَفَمَن شَرَحَ ٱللَّهُ
صَدۡرَهُۥ لِلۡإِسۡلَٰمِ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٖ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦۚ فَوَيۡلٞ
لِّلۡقَٰسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مِّن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ
مُّبِينٍ ٢٢
“To kya woh shakhs jiska seena Allah ne
islaam ke liye khol diya hai, so woh apne Rab ki taraf se ek roshni par hai
(kisi sakht dil kãfir jaisa ho sakta
hai?) bas unke liye halãkat hai jinke dil Allah
ki yaad ki taraf se sakht hain, yeh log sãreh gumrãhi mein hai.” [Az-Zumar#
39: 22]
Iske alãwa sharah sadar
se murãd tabiyat ka risãlat ki zimmedãriyãn uthãne ke liye khush
dili ke saath ãmada hona hai, jaisa ke Musa {(AS)Alehis Salãm} ko firaun ke
paas jãne ka hukum huwa to unhone kaha:
وَيَضِيقُ صَدۡرِي
“mera seena tang padta hai.” [Ash-Shu'ara
# 26: 13] To Allah Tãla ne unhen yeh dua sikhãi
رَبِّ ٱشۡرَحۡ لِي صَدۡرِي
٢٥
“Ae mere rab! Mere liye mera seena khol
de.” [Taha # 20: 25]
Aayat 2 & 3
وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ
وِزۡرَكَ ٢ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ ٣
“Aur hamne tujh se tera
bhoj utãr diya. Woh jisne
teri peeth tod di.”
Allah Tãla ne farmãya ke hamne aap
ke dil se us bhoj ko utãr diya hai jo aapki peeth ko tod raha tha.
Bhoj utãr dene se murãd wahi ilãhi bardãsht karne ki
istedãd paida karna hai, jiske mutãliq Allah Tãla ne farmãya:
إِنَّا سَنُلۡقِي عَلَيۡكَ
قَوۡلٗا ثَقِيلًا ٥
“Yaqinan ham zaroor tujh par ek bhãri kalaam naazil
karenge.” [Al-Muzzammil # 73: 5]
Saiyyada Aisha (Razi Allahu anha) bayãn karti hai ke
Jab aap (ﷺ)
par wahi utarti to uske bhoj se oontni, jis par aap sawãr hote bhaith jãti. [Musnad
Ahmad 24921]
Iske alãwa Nabuwat ki
zimmedãriyon ka bhoj bhi murãd hai, jise aap badi shiddat se mehsoos
karte the, jaisa ke Allah Tãla ne irshãd farmãya:
لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعٞ
نَّفۡسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ ٣
“Shãyad tu apne aapko
halãk karne wãla hai, isliye ke
woh momin nahin hote.” [Ash-Shu'ara # 26: 3] Allah Tãla ne tableegh
deen ka tareeqa sikha kar yeh bhojh bhi utãr diya.
Aayat 4
وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
٤
“Aur hamne tere liye
tera zikr buland kar diya.”
Yãni duniya o ãkhirat mein aap
ka naam buland kiya, zameen ke mashriq o maghhrib tak aapki ummat ki hukumat phaila
di, kalma, shahãdat, azaan, aqãmat, khutba,
tashahud waghhairah mein Allah ke naam ke saath aap ka naam liya jãta hai. Allah ki
itaaat ke saath aap ki itaat farz hai. Koi waqt aisa nahin jis mein kaheen na
kaheen aap ka zikr khair na ho raha ho. Qayãmat ko aulaad ãdam ki siyãdat, kausar, lua
alhmad, muqãm mehmood aur shafãt kubra ke saath aap ka zikr buland hoga.
Aayat 5 & 6
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ
يُسۡرًا ٥ إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا ٦
“Bas be shak har
mushkil ke saath ek aasãni hai. Beshak
usi mushkil ke saath ek aur aasãni hai.”
Is mein aap aur aap ke saathiyon ke liye
bashãrat hai ke mushkilãt ke din thode hai, har mushkil ke baad
balke uske saath hi aasãni shuru ho jãti hai. Allah Tãla ka yahi nizaam
hayaat hai ke woh tangi ke baad aasãni lãta hai. Aadmi jab
apni fikro nazar istemãl karke mushkilãt se nikalna chãhata hai aur phir
Allah par bharosa karke aage badhta jãta hai aur himmat
nahin hãrta, to tufaan ruk jãte hai, aadnhiyãn band ho jãti hain aur bila ãkhir sukoon va
itminaan hãsil hota hai. Yahi haal Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ka tha. Ibtedãe nubuwat mein
apke ashaab ko mushkelãt ka samna karna pada, lekin maroor zamãna ke saath hãlãt ne palta khaya
aur tangi aasãni mein badalti chali gai.
Aayat 7 & 8
فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
٧ وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب ٨
“To jab tu fãrig hojãe to mehnat kar.
Aur apne Rab hi ki taraf bus raghbat kar.”
Allah Tãla ne Nabi kareem
(ﷺ)
ko nasihat ki ke aapke duniya ke kaam ho ya tableegh deen ya jihãd fi sabeel
Allah, agarche yeh ibãdat aur nekiyãn hain magar un
mein phir bhi makhlooq se kuchh na kuchh raabta rehta hai. Jab bhi in kaamon se
kuchh farãghhat mile, to har cheez se munqatah hokar apne Rab se tãluq jod kar zikre
ilãhe, tilãwat qurãn aur qayãm, ruku va sajood mein khoob mehnat kare
aur apni tamãm raghhbat apne Rab hi ki taraf rakhe. Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) amuman
din ko dãwat o jihãd ke farãiz anjaam diya
karte the. Lehãza din ke waqt apko fursat nahin milti thi ke Allah Tãla se yaksooi se
lau lagãe aur yaksooi se ibãdat kare. Is masrofiyat ka zikr karte huwe aur
phir yaksooi se ibãdat ka hukm dete huwe Allah Tãla ne irshãd farmãya:
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُزَّمِّلُ
١ قُمِ ٱلَّيۡلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا ٢ نِّصۡفَهُۥٓ أَوِ ٱنقُصۡ مِنۡهُ قَلِيلًا
٣ أَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ
تَرۡتِيلًا ٤ إِنَّا سَنُلۡقِي عَلَيۡكَ قَوۡلٗا ثَقِيلًا ٥ إِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ ٱلَّيۡلِ هِيَ أَشَدُّ وَطۡٔٗا
وَأَقۡوَمُ قِيلًا ٦ إِنَّ لَكَ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ سَبۡحٗا طَوِيلٗا ٧ وَٱذۡكُرِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلۡ إِلَيۡهِ
تَبۡتِيلٗا ٨
“Ae kapde mein lipatne wãle! Raat ko qayãm kar magar
thoda. Aadhi raat (qayãm kar), ya usse thoda
sa kam karle. Ya usse ziyãda karle aur qurãn ko khoob thaher
thaher kar padh. Yaqinan ham zaroor tujh
par ek bhãri kalaam naazil
karenge. Bila shubha raat ko uthna (nafs ko) kuchalne mein ziyãda sakht aur baat
karne mein ziyãda durusti wãla hai, bila
shubha tere liye din mein ek lamba kaam hai. Aur apne rab ka naam zikr kar aur
har taraf se munkhata hokar usi ki taraf mutawajja hoja.” [Al-Muzzammil
#73: 1 to 8]
Is hukum ki tãmeel mein Allah
ke Rasool (ﷺ)
raat ko badi badi der tak namãz padha karte the, yahãn tak ke aapke
qadmon par waram ãjãta tha, jaisa ke
Saiyyadna mughhaira (Razi Allahu anhu) bayãn karte hain ke Allah
ke Rasool (ﷺ)
bahot lamba qayãm kiya karte the, yahãn tak ke aap ke
qadam aur aapki pindiliyãn sooj jãti thi. Jab aap
se us hawãle se arz ki jaati (ke aap itna taweel qayãm kyun karte hain?
Aapki to agli pichli tamãm laghhzishen maaf ho chuki hai), to aap
farmãte: “To kya mein Allah ka shukr guzãr banda na bano?”

Saiyyada Aisha (Razi Allahu anha) bayãn karti hai ke Allah
ke Rasool (ﷺ)
ramzãn ho ya aur koi maheena, giyãra rakãt se ziyãda (raat ki) namãz nahin padhte
the. Aap chaar rakãten padhte, unke husn o tawãlat ka kya poochhna,
aap phir chaar rakãten padhte, to uske husn o tawãlat ke mutãliq bhi kya poochhna,
phir (unke baad) aap teen padhte the. [Bukhãri 1147]
Saiyyadna Abdullah bin masood (Razi Allahu
anhu) bayãn karte hai ke maine (ek raat) Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ke saath namãz padhi, aapne
lambi namãz padhi, yahãn tak ke maine bure kaam ka irãda kiya. Kaha
gaya, aapne kis bure kaam ka irãda kiya tha. Unhone kaha, maine irãda kiya tha ke bhaith
jaaun aur apko chhorh doon. [Muslim 773]
Saiyyadna Abdullah bin Abbãs (Razi Allahu
anhuma) bayãn karte hai ke Allah ke Rasool (ﷺ) ne farmãya: “sehat aur
farãghhat do aisi nematen hain ke jinke bãre mein aksar log
dhoka khãye huwe hain (yãni unki qadar nahin karte).” [Bukhãri 6412]
